A little late post.....Minor Goods founder Zoe recently caught up with Emma from A Quiet Style blog, it was really lovely to be featured on Emma's wonderful blog as we share a love of simple style, nature and well being. Zoe chatted with Emma on how a change in lifestyle influences the products she develops and curates for Minor Goods. To read the full interview and find out more about the inspirations behind Minor Goods take a look at A Quiet Style.
We came upon A Quiet Style on Instagram where Emma shares beautiful images of her daily life in Brighton with her family. We love Emma's autumnal shots styled with our Slow Brew Mug, Handmade Reusable Linen Filter and Tea Towel. Perfectly capturing those precious quiet moments and appreciating the everyday rituals.
A big thank you to Emma for her kind words and support of Minor Goods and small independent brands! Photographs from A Quiet Style on Instagram.
In honour of The Great British Bake Off starting tonight (very excited), this weeks instagram love is The Boy Who Bakes, by the lovely Edd Kimber (winner of the first series). We had the pleasure of meeting him a few weeks ago, when we popped up at Druid Street Market, and we were thrilled when he bought some of our stoneware and vintage plates! The above is his steamed orange honey and pistachio pudding, which looks heavenly!
As fans of smoothies, we are always freezing our fruits and we love Edd's simple tip of placing them on a tray until they are frozen, before placing them in freezer bags so they don't stick together. At the moment we have a frozen fruit block so will definitely be doing it this way in future!

This weeks instagram love is Concrete Jungles, whom we had the pleasure of being neighbours with, at Druid St Market last weekend. They grow and nurture all their succulents, and their concrete planters are cast by hand in the UK, their passion and knowledge of plants is inspiring (we picked up a few much needed tips) and we love their minimal geometric planters. For cacti and succulent tips and of course their lovely shop, have a look at Concrete Jungles.

A big thank you to everyone who popped by to see us at Druid St Market, we had a fun sunny day meeting everyone! Happy weekend all!
This weeks instagram love is My New Roots by Sarah Britton, the lovely Being Content introduced us to her wonderful cook book, it's full of super healthy recipes and beautiful photography. Zoe was lucky enough to go to My New Roots recent supper club, four courses of delicious food, from her new book. The above are cocoa, coconut and date balls, perfect to store in the freezer when you need a chocolate fix. The below juice is carrot, red bell pepper, apple, orange, fresh turmeric root, ginger with a hint of lemon, just what we need on these hot summer days! For more delicious food recipes and inspiration have a look at My New Roots. Happy summer time eating!

This week our instagram love is Apartment Apothecary by Katy Orme, who writes an inspiring award winning interiors and craft blog. We were incredibly pleased when she handpicked some of our minor goods products for her stylish curated online shop. Katy has been enjoying our vintage vase, which featured in her June styling the season (as pictured above). We love the beautiful simplicity of her styling and photographs and for more home and craft inspiration have a look at her wonderful blog apartmentapothecary.com.
We do love instagram and we came across Iki and the Kitchn a few months ago (by Ulrike in Berlin). We instantly fell in love with her beautiful photography and inspiring healthy food posts, so we were very happy when she ordered some of our tableware!
The above photograph is crunchy top banana coconut bread (recipe from Cook republic), served with a swirl of almond butter on top, pictured with our handmade wood board. The below is orange pomegranate salad with ginger and cinnamon syrup served on our black dessert plate. They both look so delicious! We are very excited to announce that Ulrike will be doing a couple of guest recipe blog posts for minor goods, coming soon...
