We hope everyone had a lovely weekend! We spent Saturday baking, and made Lily Vanilli's chocolate chip cookies, they are so simple and quick to make (our ideal kind of recipe). We used coconut sugar instead of white and brown sugar which is why the cookies look a little brown. The coconut sugar gives them a lovely caramel flavour!
We made them the old fashioned way, with our beautiful new wooden utensils (also a good way of burning off some calories before you eat the cookies). Have a look at our kitchenware collection for your creative easter baking!
