Last weekend a friend introduced us to the Rosewood slow food and living market in Holburn. It's inside the courtyard of the beautiful Rosewood Hotel, a little food oasis heaven tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central of London. It has a rustic charm with the wooden stalls, bales of hay and potted plants, making you feel more like you are visiting a country manor rather than the city. They have a great selection of local growers and artisan sellers and you can buy honey and salad produce from the their rooftop hives and gardens.
We particularly loved the artisan raw chocolate and vegan cakes (as pictured below). The mint chocolate bar and orange chocolate brownie were amazing! It's on every Sunday from 10.30am to 3pm, so if you are enjoying your long weekend in London, this is a great place to visit. Happy bank holiday weekend everyone!
