DELIVERIES & RETURNS

ORDERING

We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 working days after orders have been placed. Orders must be placed by midday for next day delivery. Orders are not dispatched on bank holidays or weekends.

If one or more of your items is on pre-order then your total order will be dispatched on the advertised pre-order dispatch date. Within this time you may also cancel your order providing your order has not already been shipped. For any changes to your order please email us at info@minorgoods.com quoting your name and order reference. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know we have received your order please keep this email in case there are any queries with your order.

Payment for orders are processed when your order is confirmed not when your order has been despatched. All our prices include VAT (20% standard rate). Payments are processed through Shopify Payments for credit and debit cards and you can also checkout using PayPal Express.

DELIVERIES

Please see below a guideline of delivery costs and expected delivery times. Our shipping costs are based on the size, weight and destination of your order. The actual shipping price will be calculated during checkout. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will require a signature on receipt. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know when your order is shipped, please keep this email in case there are any queries with your order. 

We regret we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels.

We offer free UK standard delivery (3-5 working days) on orders over £50.

*Please note these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed (Please allow up to 15 working days as occasionally circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date, but the majority of parcels will be delivered within these estimated times).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return your order then items must be returned and arrive at minor goods within 28 days of you receiving your order. Please advise us upon receipt of your order if you wish to return and the reason for returning, we will then issue you with a returns number which should be used in the returns correspondence. We will refund any goods if returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Minor goods reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. If you receive a damaged or faulty item then please contact us immediately at info@minorgoods.com with your order number and a photograph to illustrate the problem so we can resolve, confirm the fault and replace your item. If the item is no longer available then we will issue a full refund.

Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a full refund, as opposed to exchanged goods, will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. The cost of return and its contents is the customer's responsibility as we cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit. We advise you obtain  proof of postage when returning items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (can take up to 30 days).

If you would like to exchange your item(s), then items must be returned and arrive at minor goods within 28 days of you receiving your order. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange so we can check we have your required item in stock. We will send out your new item (s) when we receive your returned item (s). Shipping exchanged item (s) will be charged as per our delivery rates so please specify your delivery option when contacting us.  The cost of returning items and its contents is the customer's responsibility as we cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit. We advise you obtain proof of postage when returning items.
